Appearance: She wears a thick blue sleevless waist coat with a hoodie and a chain attached to the collar, as well as two bands attached to two leather straps around her thighs that can help hold smaller weapons. She also has white bandages wrapped around both her arms to hide her scars and wears dark shorts along with her own personilized shoes. She has auburn eyes that seem to lean towards more of a red tinge with short auburn pixie like hair with bangs and a finge brushed to one side. She has a general petite figure that is very deceptive in hiding her unusual strength.

Personality: Kigatei has a complex personality, but in general is friendly and a bit of a tomboy. She can be aggravated easily however with the right triggers and can give of a violent aura. She especially enjoys dishing out punishment to those who deserve it and shows little mercy. She will do anything for the ones she cares about.
She used to be a very strong person, barley displaying any weakness where most would have.
Kigatei is generally fearless, fearing only her Scepter-4 guardian and Mikoto Suoh. Because of her violent treatment at her ‘guardians’ hands, she’s a bit of a sadist and cynic. At first she is generally closed of and reserved, not wanting more connections that can be used against her. But towards those she knows, she’s shows a more friendly and playful side. Friend or not though, she can be painfully truthful at times.

Background: Kigatei is a strain who posses the ability to replicate another strains ability. However this was not discovered unitil her early teen years.
Although not full Japanese, Kigatei had lived a simple life in Japan for as long as she could remember, going to school and hanging out with friends.
She moved at the age of 14 closer to the outskirts of Shizume City when her parents split up. She would write letters to her two close friends who later joined Homra and kept in contact with them. It wasn’t long after she moved that she encountered her first strain and soon discovered she had some how replicated the strains ability. It also wasn’t long before Scepter-4 showed up on her doorstep, and that’s when things really went down hill. Being a strain, they took her away and she went almost willingly. She was placed under the jurisdiction of one of their top researchers. However this man happened to be doing his own ‘private research’, which in particular involved strains. For approximately three years to date, the man would make her absorb the abilities of strains that Scepter-4 brought in, and convinced his superiors that she go through basic but vigorous Scepter-4 training, making her a trump card. She became a sort of undercover agent, often her missions requiring her to use stealth. She has from time to time, been called on to perform normal Scepter-4 tasks, but is always forbidden to use her strain abilities.
Her ‘guardian’ has always had his own motives however; confident that one day she would be the one to help him achieve his goal. He’s done no less than torture her from the moment she arrived, injuring her when ever he could find an excuse and if she so much put a toe out of line and experimenting on her, all the while keeping her mistreatment hidden from the higher ups. Kigatei’s friendship with Yachimura, a recruit approximatley the same age as her, helps keep things bearable for her. It’s thanks to him that Kigatei does not judge all of Scepter-4 by her guardian’s actions, and respects Scepter-4, seeing their noble intentions at trying to keep order.
Kigatei tried to escape the first opportunity she had, but was assured by her guardian that it wouldn’t be without consequences for her family. So for their sake she’s stayed ever since, slowly accepting her new life as inevitable and unchangeable. But with this latest mission, given to her in secret by her guardian, perhaps she will find the will to fight the inevitable once more.
